my two cents on the whole hacking and leaking naked celeb photographs, because firstly, hey, i like to share my opinion and secondly i’m waiting for my dinner and damn it’s taking forever. i rather feel people who are responding with things such as ‘they should know better than to take photos of themselves when they know they will be leaked’ are kind of missing the point. yes, unfortunately we do live in the kind of society where this kind of thing is a frequent problem BUT, most importantly, that doesn’t make it right. a woman (or a man) regardless of their status, should be allowed to take photos of their own bodies and share them with whoever they wish, i.e if they share that photo publicly, so be it. but that decision should not be made for them. if they want to take a naughty photo to share with someone they trust, why they hell should that mean it’s then acceptable for some low life pervert to share that to EVERYONE without their permission? it’s just not on. it’s like saying people shouldn’t own things if they don’t want them to be stolen. we accept that stealing another persons belongings is wrong. so why, when someones privacy is breached, is it suddenly their fault? the blame is solely on the hacker. you wouldn’t blame a person for being robbed. you shouldn’t blame a person for being hacked. sadly it appears the focus is being placed more on the person for taking the photos in the first place than it is on blaming the idiot who did this. and as for the people actually praising the person who did this because it has allowed them to see a photo of someone naked without their permission…well frankly that’s just sick. you should be ashamed of yourself. where is the pleasure in violating a woman’s privacy like that?
